Pricing for Ask James Live
Q1: So if James is on a call when I get in queue, will he know I'm waiting to talk to him? A1: Yes. James is instantly notified as soon as your payment is approved. You will also receive a notice of the transaction immediately. Q2: What if I change my mind or can't wait any longer? Can I leave the queue and receive a full refund? A2: Yes. The system is automatic. All of the information you need will be emailed to you upon your completed transaction. Q3: I understand I can purchase a maximum of 40 minutes this way. What if I need more time? A3: That's correct, Ask James Live allows a maximum of 40 minutes per call in order to allow that everyone wanting time has a chance to speak to James. If you need more time you can make a regular appointment where you can talk to James for more than 40 minutes or get back in queue to speak with James again in the same day, sometimes immediately. Q4: I noticed that your queue organizer only allows me to select 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 minute slots. What if I need, say, 17 minutes? A4: In an effort to keep things efficient, Ask James Live is sold, for the most part, in 5 minute increments, with a 15 minute minimum per call. If you want 17 minutes, you will need to purchase 20 minutes. Any time not used up is forfeited at the end of the call and is non-transferable. Q5: How often does James' availability indicator change? A5: James' availability indicator changes as his availability changes, instantly. The page is programmed to automatically refresh every 2 minutes; however, you can refresh the page manually anytime you wish to see if the availability has changed. Q6: How long do I need to wait after I've paid for my block of Ask James Live consultation time before I can speak to James? A6: James generally calls you immediately unless he is on another call with a client, as indicated by his availability indicator button. In such an event, James generally calls you within 30 minutes or less, depending upon demand. The system automatically displays available same-day times, so you will always know when you will be talking to James because you choose that time when you set up the call. Q7: If my phone system is set up to screen anonymous calls (where the caller ID system isn't indicated) will James be able to contact me? A7: James cannot call you if you have this feature enabled, as his telephone system is programmed to block his phone number. If he calls you and this feature is in place, your appointment will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. Q8: Does the price include long distance telephone charges? A8: Yes, all long distance charges to the United States, Canada and parts of Western Europe are included in the price. If they are not included, James will let you know prior to the appointment via email. Generally, cell phones in Western Europe incur a steep long distance charge; so land lines are better!
