Life Is A Journey

You can greet every feeling, every person, every moment in time and hold onto it for dear life as if it were the last to ever come along and then end up a narrow, bitter, tired old person bemoaning the good old days.  Or instead you can remember who you are − despite any circumstances − and actively participate in each moment, appropriately, taking with you what has special meaning, thereby continually reshaping and redefining yourself.  Hopefully by being the best that you can be, you inspire others to do the same.

Letting life be a process instead of an event gives you permission to learn from your mistakes and to grow from them.  It is what builds character and grace.  It makes you real, and keeps  things interesting.  Most importantly, it keeps you on purpose and allows for the infinite to find its way into your thoughts and ideas, even if unwittingly.  "On purpose" sometimes means "by accident" wherein there is no such thing as coincidence.

Journaling Community Project

Sojournal, coming soon, will help us all to tell our story.   This is perhaps the most important self-healing thing each of us can do because in telling our story we begin to see how our differences make us more similar, more connected.  Stay tuned!
